With 25 years at the helm of Ironbark, Andrew brings sharp project management and planning skills to every job. His career began in event management, running large-scale sporting events across Australia — a background that honed his eye for detail, logistics, and delivering under pressure.
Now fully immersed in the construction world, Andrew oversees all aspects of the business — from quoting and client consults to scheduling, site management, compliance, and quality control. He’s hands-on from start to finish, making sure every project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and exceeds expectations.
Brendan - Director & Lead Installer

With over 20 years in the epoxy flooring industry and nine years as Director at Ironbark, Brendan brings both deep technical expertise and a strong focus on service.
He started out in hospitality, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a strong customer-first mindset. Later, he spent five years at BASF, building extensive knowledge of specialist epoxy systems and product performance.
Today, Brendan leads our install team, training staff and overseeing complex projects — including high-profile jobs like the Darling Quarter precinct. He’s on the tools, on the ground, and committed to getting every detail right.
Katherina - Estimator & Office Manager

Katherina plays a key role at Ironbark Epoxy Flooring, managing both the front-end estimating process and the day-to-day operations behind the scenes. With a background in architecture, she brings a strong eye for detail and a clear understanding of project requirements — from quoting and stock ordering to safety compliance and contractor inductions.
Her ability to coordinate multiple moving parts ensures that every job starts on solid footing. Whether it’s preparing tenders, managing documentation, or keeping our team and sites organised, Katherina helps keep the business running smoothly from the ground up.

Sue has been a vital part of Ironbark Epoxy Flooring for over 25 years, managing all things bookkeeping and accounts. From invoicing and record-keeping to compliance and financial reporting, she ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy keeps everything organised — helping us stay on track, pay our people, and provide a seamless experience for our clients. Simply put, Sue helps keep the wheels turning so we can focus on delivering quality floors, on time and to spec.
